Role Purpose
Under the direction of the HSE Manager, the HSE supervisor ensures the application of safety and prevention measures in force on the site and/or supervised area.
Job Description
1. Generate Safety Issue Reports
2. Conduct Safety Audits
3. Keep constantly updated, identifying improvement opportunities in the Environment, Health and Safety Management System.
4. Ensure the implementation of environmental, health and safety regulations.
5. Support all senior managers to embed safety and an environmental friendly attitude into their everyday activities, cascading this to all levels.
6. Proactively contribute to the daily management meeting of the site providing HSE data,
7. Conduct problem solving investigation by accident\incident\near miss investigation and KPI reporting activities, as required by Company management.
8. Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences and recommend means of preventing recurrence.
9. Assist in approval of all types of records related to HSE requested by the third party "Consultant, Sub-Contractors, etc."
10. Issues necessary HSE monthly, quarterly and annual company HSE data reports and projects forecasted HSE requirements
11. Issues necessary HSE Violation to contractor as per PARAGON contract and condition as needed
12. Approve storing dangerous materials correctly
13. Approve workplaces and workplace equipment inspections, such as scaffolding, to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify hazards and risks
